Refund policy

The right of withdrawal is possible, according to the conditions provided for by the law in force in Italy (current legislation: articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code - as amended by Italian Legislative Decree no. 21/2014).

Regarding products sold by the meter (such as fabrics, ribbons and cords), these are cut to the size requested by the customer when preparing the order. For this reason, they should be considered customized products and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

It is currently possible, by prior agreement, to return or exchange the goods at a Bonadiman point of sale.
